Found this photo-worthy and amusing to some extent, 'cause no one cares about the authority and uses the water, or everyone has that authority.
am i supposed to comment on the photo? you know i know next to nothing about photography, right? but i think it looks fantastic and the subject's a good one :D because you're right about the authority thing. yay you! photographer/parachuter/liar.
